Workout Drink
• 2 cups water
• 3 bananas
• 1 cup organic frozen blueberries*
• 3-4 large stalks celery
Blend water and bananas first.

strawberries
• 3 medium
bananas
• 2 handfuls
spinach
Green
Revolution Smoothie
• 1 cup water
(or more if needed)
• 3 large
bananas
• 1 handful
spinach
• 1 handful
romaine lettuce
Blend
water with bananas first.
Mika’s
Specialty
• 1 cup water
• 2 bananas
• 2 pears
• 1 apple
• 2 stalks of
celery, chopped
• 1 handful of
spinach
Blend
ingredients in the order listed.
Berry Greens
• 1⁄2 pint
fresh raspberries
• 1⁄2 pint
fresh blueberries
• 2 bananas
• 4-6 romaine
lettuce leaves
• 1 cup water
Blend
all ingredients together with enough water to reach desired consistency
Mango Madness
This may very well be the best shake
I’ve ever tasted.
• 2-3 sweet mangoes
• 1 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
• 1 pear, sliced in quarters
Put ingredients in the blender, blend
until smooth all the green bits of chard have been
blended. If your blender is too small,
blend in two separate batches.
